I use a Wacom tablet as my mouse. Recently I had to build a new laptop, and half the time when I tried to click something in Chrome it didn’t work. The first thing I found to try was turning off “Use hardware acceleration when available” in the Advanced settings in Chrome.
This didn’t fix it for me, but it might for you! Anyway, I then went into Wacom Tablet Properties, and under Grip Pen->Mapping, turned off “Use Windows Ink.”
That did it! Now I can click stuff. Hopefully you can now click stuff too.
